Not much cooking going on

Its been a bit quiet at Jam Tarts and Gingerbread Men. Two poorly children (better now) and an extension which has put the pantry and dining room out of commission and dirt everywhere have sapped my usual store of energy and in parallel my enthusiasm to cook. I'm hoping to do lots of cooking over the Christmas Holiday period. Starting today with a Chorizo and Butter Bean Stew and a Seafood Paella. Lovely filling comfort food making the house smell gorgeous as we watch yet more snow fall.
