Change
A lot of change has gone on at Gingerbread Towers. Having moved out of our house for 3 months whilst some walls were removed and the staircase re-positioned in the center of the house no much cooking went on. I've been back at work full time for 6 months so have moved to a different type of cooking. Lots of batch cooking, filling the freezer and making sure we eat healthily through out the week. The Juniors Gingerbread's have started school and pre-school. Great adventures and good times.
