January is almost over
January is almost over and nothing of interest has been cooked. I do have a whole new extension that is ready for the roof, but alas some rooms in the house are still off limits. The dining room and pantry are no more and the kitchen is still a bit knocked about. Can't wait for the roof to go on, us the get weather tight and the chaos to subside enough for some serious cooking.
