Wow - August is nearly over. Whilst Summer has been lovely - I'm really looking forward to all those scrumptious hearty Autumn and Winter dishes. Cooking, backing and general larking around in the kitchen is always best when its cold and wet outside, whilst being warm and cosy inside. The Damsons are picked and I'm ready to make this years Jam. I'm already thinking about making Christmas Cake.
I have some photos to post of things cooked over the summer - mostly its been scrumptious picnic food, featuring the Dinosaur sandwich cutter, cookies and cupcakes galore.
Cooking adventures for our family, growing our list of favourites over time. Previously called Jam tarts and gingerbread men, this blog is having a makeover.
