Made Jam Tarts with the Junior Gingerbreads yesterday. I followed them up with a batch of scones. Disappointingly managed to overcook both of them.
Step away from the oven and bake when you can concentrate Samantha.
The scones were actually lovely, just a little too dark on the top. Not bloggable standard, so acting as my own quality control they aren't going on here today. I have found some interesting articles on how to make scones though. Apparently more of an art form than I imagined.
